1. General Terms
    1. In these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions and the Special Terms and Conditions (as defined below) (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”), “Golden Two Milk Tea” or “we” or “us” refers to the business of Golden Two Milk Tea and “customer” or “you” means any person, organization or company that orders goods or services from us. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or our applications (collectively, the “e-Shop”). By using the e-Shop or any part thereof, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    2. We make every effort to ensure that the prices, data and sizes of items listed in the e-Shop are updated. We reserve the right to change the price of the goods without prior notice. We accept all orders at our sole discretion based on stock availability.
    3. We make every effort to ensure that the items listed in the e-Shop are available in stock. If any item is not available to the customer due to out-of-stock, we reserve the right to provide a substitute item of the same type and price.
    4. All orders are subject to the availability of the relevant goods before final confirmation. If we fail to provide any products or services ordered, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the order.

Personal Data

  1. You are required to provide your true personal information to order goods or services in the e-Shop. By registering, you undertake to:
  2. provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you as requested;
  3. only you or someone authorised by you can log on to the e-Shop using your username and password;
  4. We reserve the absolute discretion to reject any new user’s application and terminate any registered user without giving any reason.
  5. If there is any change in the information you have registered, you can log in to your account update or notify the customer service department immediately by phone or email to ensure that we can bring you the latest information.
  6. If your account has not been used for a specific period of time (currently 3 years), in order to protect you and us, we will treat it as if you no longer use the account and make it expire. All Points and/or e-Vouchers in your Account will also be cancelled (if applicable). If you wish to shop at the e-shop again, you will need to apply for a new account.

Protect privacy

In order to protect the privacy rights of your personal data, we ensure that our policies and practices in the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Payment method

  1. The e-Shop accepts payment by credit card, debit card or other designated electronic payment method as specified by us, and the value of all items is denominated in Hong Kong dollars. The prices of the goods in the e-store may differ from those of our physical stores and the prices shown in the e-store on the date of order.
  2. All items ordered online must be accepted at our sole discretion and subject to stock availability. You will receive a final purchase receipt for your records when you collect your goods (at delivery or in store).
  3. In order to provide safe and reliable online shopping services, all personal information, including your credit card number, name, address, etc., will be encrypted before being transmitted through the Internet, so as to prevent your information from being read by unauthorized third parties when transmitted online.

  1. Basis of supply: We only sell and ship products to end consumers. If we have a reasonable basis to believe that you purchased our products for your own use, we have the right to refuse or cancel your order.
  2. Force Majeure: We will not be liable to the user or any third party if we fail to accurately provide the products or services you request due to force majeure reasons (including due to acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government policy, embargo, strike, labor difficulties, equipment failure or any circumstances beyond our control).
  3. You may not assign, transfer or otherwise assign any of your rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any other person without our prior written consent.
  4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is construed as illegal or invalid, such provision will be deleted and will not affect the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  5. These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, understandings and agreements.
  6. We reserve the right to amend, vary or supplement all or any of the terms under these Terms and Conditions at any time with prior notice.
  7. In case of any dispute, our decision shall be final. Chinese translations of these Terms and Conditions are for reference only, and in the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the original text of the Chinese shall prevail.
  8. These Terms and Conditions will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and you and we shall likewise submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. We may make corrections to these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you.

Ordering instructions

  1. The e-Shop will only accept orders for delivery to designated billing addresses in Hong Kong, or pick-up orders at designated physical stores in Hong Kong.
  2. When you order products from us, you agree to make a purchase request to Jin Er Shao Milk Tea in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Once we have received your order, we will notify you and confirm receipt of the order. This response does not imply that we have accepted your order. If we fail to provide any products or services ordered, or payment problems caused by the credit card you are using or for any other reason, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the order. If we are unable to provide any of the products or services on your order, we will notify you by phone or email.
  3. Once your order request has been accepted by us, we will confirm acceptance of the order with you and notify you of the time and date of delivery / self-collection at the designated physical store.
  4. If the gift included with your order has been delivered, we will notify you of the situation. You have the right to accept another gift we offer, choose to cancel the order or continue to purchase the product.

Store pick-up service (for orders that have opted in to be collected at designated stores)

  1. Please pick up your purchased products within 30 days according to the physical store and date selected in the e-store.
  2. When you pick up a product in a physical store, you or your authorized representative must show us the email confirming your order for identity verification. We may require further data from you to verify your identity (such as your full name or other profile under your account data). If we cannot prove that the person requesting the receipt of the goods is you or your authorised representative, we will refuse to accept your order by that person in order to protect your interests.
  3. Once your order is confirmed, the pick-up store you have selected cannot be changed to another store.
  4. Once your order has been confirmed, you may not change other colors, styles or products unless agreed by us.
  5. If the store where you choose to pick up your products is closed due to weather and other factors, you can pick up your products at that store the next day.
  6. We will retain the title to the product until the customer has paid the full amount of the purchase price, and the risk will be deemed to have passed to the customer at the same time the product is delivered to the customer.
  7. In no event shall we be liable for any loss of revenue (whether direct or indirect), profits or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your dealings with us.
